Deloitte Consulting are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager/ Director to lead Finance Transformation programmes within the Financial Services Industry in Ireland. You will lead large programmes to success, manage high-performing teams, work with global clients, and work along-side the best people across the network. About the role: Leading big programmes to help our Financial Services clients deliver finance transformation Implementing technology and digital solutions within Finance Reimagining and implementing target operating models across operations, actuarial and Finance Collaborating with colleagues across all areas of the business including assurance, advisory, technology and customer & marketing Leading high-performing teams at scale Coaching and developing team-members to be successful Initiating market activation activities to grow the Financial Services practice About you: Good knowledge of the Financial Services industry and emerging trends Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or other accounting qualification Experience of successfully leading projects and producing quality deliverables to time Prior consulting experience in finance transformation or active roles in finance transformation projects in the Financial Services industry Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence Ability to effectively balance a number of tasks, work to deadlines, and produce quality deliverables Proven track record of applying knowledge and technical skills in a practical and commercial way helping to make an impact Clear communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences including the C-suite If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
