Coopman Search and Selection are delighted to be working with a global aircraft leasing company who are looking to hire a Senior Financial Accountant/Finance Manager to their team.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Assist in preparing group management accounts and financial reports.
Support month-end/year-end close and IFRS-compliant financial statements.
Conduct technical accounting reviews and oversee subsidiary financial statements.

Forecasting, Budgeting & Analysis

Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Maintain financial models and cash flow forecasts.
Ensure covenant compliance and performance reporting.

Audit & Compliance

Coordinate external audits and ensure adherence to financial controls.
Implement and document transfer pricing methodologies.
Support internal audits and compliance with policies.

Process Improvement & Systems

Enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency.
Assist with system upgrades and process optimization.

Ad Hoc & Strategic Support

Support transfer pricing, loan repayments, and intercompany transactions.
Provide technical finance support for projects and initiatives.

Core Competencies

Qualified ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent with 1-4 years PQE
Aircraft leasing essential
Big 4/Top 10 audit background preferred
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Have strong organisational, project management and communication/presentation skills
Proven high level of quantitative ability and ability to problem-solve within tight deadlines
