Job Description
Prepare and review group financial statements, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.
Manage the consolidation of financial results across multiple entities.
Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
Analyse group-level financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate governance standards.
Support the implementation of new accounting systems and processes as required.
Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
Monitor compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, including transfer pricing.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
Strong experience in financial reporting and group consolidation.
Knowledge of international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
An analytical approach with excellent attention to detail.
Experience in the life science industry, manufacturing, or FMCG is a plus.
