Reporting to the Head of Finance and Business, you'll take on senior responsibilities that influence decision-making and operational success across the business.This is a hybrid role: three days in the office and two working remotely, designed to support work-life balance while encouraging team collaboration and cross-functional relationships.Key responsibilities include:• Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts• Leading departmental cost reviews and performance planning• Partnering with commercial and operational teams to provide strategic financial insights• Supporting budget submissions and quarterly forecasts• Managing cashflow forecasting, statutory audits, payroll, and Revenue submissions• Enhancing finance processes aligned with ERP system implementationWhat you'll need to succeed You’ll bring:• Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA) with three to four years post-qualification experience• Strong experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution environments is advantageous• Up-to-date knowledge of IFRS and internal control best practices• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems• A structured, hands-on approach with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting• Excellent communication and a collaborative, can-do attitudeWhat you'll get in return We prioritise your growth and wellbeing.
