Job Overview
As a .NET Developer (Support) at Spanish Point Technologies, you will be an integral part of one of our support teams, supporting a modern web application using the latest Microsoft platforms and technologies. You will be responsible for supporting solutions for our clients that leverage technologies like .NET Core, React, C#, .NET Framework, Azure, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Azure Databricks with Python, Office 365 and Dynamics 365. This role will challenge your existing development skills and provide opportunities to expand your expertise in various Microsoft technologies. You will also gain exposure to all aspects of the solution delivery process, including business analysis, development and user training.
You will also play a key role in the roll-out of our innovative Matching Engine product at an exciting time in its maturity as the global standard product in music copyrighting.
Applicants may have the opportunity to have a later (approx. 2 hours) start and finish time if this arrangement is of interest. This is to accommodate our North American customers.
Job Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in modern web development.
Education: A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
Skills: Proficiency in .NET Core, C# and Python. Experience in React or Angular.
Communication: Strong communication and organizational skills.
Advantageous Skills
The following skills and experiences are considered advantageous:
Experience in Azure or Azure DevOps is a strong advantage.
Experience in SQL Server is a strong advantage.
Experience in Databricks is a strong advantage.
