Your hospitality background has already taught you resilience, communication, and organisation — whether you’ve been managing reservations, coordinating events, planning weddings, or selling hotel packages. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll apply those skills in a recruitment environment where every candidate you place directly impacts your income. You won’t be stuck waiting for yearly raises or limited by fixed salaries . Instead, you’ll earn exactly what you put in — and more .

What we look for

1–3 years’ experience in events or hospitality (event executive, hotel sales coordinator, reservations agent, travel consultant, wedding planner, or similar);

A driven professional ready to transfer their skills into a high-earning sales role;

Strong communication and organisation skills, with a passion for people;

Ambition to build a career where your income grows as quickly as your effort.

This is a full-time, office-based role with a base salary plus uncapped commission, where consultants average €64K+ in their first 2 years . With structured Monday–Friday hours (8:30am–6pm, early finish Friday), quarterly events, and a paid sabbatical after 3 years, you’ll enjoy both financial freedom and work-life balance.
