Find out more about our global programme .**Where could you work:**As a Mechanical and Electrical graduate, you'll enjoy variety, working on large and small projects with the opportunity to explore different career pathways, including consulting and design.Help us reimagine our places and spaces, from transport hubs to university campuses, industrial facilities, and critical flood defence schemes - we touch every aspect of social and economic environments.**Your purpose:*** Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical and electrical systems for infrastructure or building projects.* Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and reports under the guidance of senior engineers.* Participate in site visits to support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.* Work closely with engineering teams to ensure integrated project delivery.* Ensure all work adheres to relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.* Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities, supporting project managers in delivering on time and within scope.* Engage in training, mentoring, and professional development activities to build technical and relevant skills.* Apply analytical thinking to solve engineering challenges and suggest improvements to designs, processes, or systems.**What you can bring:*** Minimum Level 8 degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.* A passion for working in a consultancy environment.* Championing a culture where everyone belongs.* A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions.* Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team.* Motivation to achieve professional accreditation (where applicable).* Comfortably embrace agile ways of working and learning new technologies.* Commitment to spend a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site (project dependent).
