Description
Our programme is designed to provide you with a holistic view of the water and wastewater industry by exposing you to various aspects of water treatment, distribution, and wastewater management through structured rotations.
Commencing in September 2026, each rotation lasts for 6 months, during which you will gain experience in our Pre-contract, Design, Build and Asset Management departments and have the unique opportunity to experience a rotation in one of our sites in Ireland.
Our graduates will become familiar with both our Municipal and Industrial sectors and gain both office and site experience.

We are looking for recent graduates from all Engineering disciplines including:

BEng Applied Electronics and Instrumentation
BEng Process Engineering Management
BEng Innovative Technology
BEng Environmental Science
Higher Certificate in Science in Water and Wastewater Operations
BEng Energy
What we offer
Hands‑On Learning : The opportunity to gain hands‑on experience by working alongside industry experts on some of the largest water infrastructure projects in Ireland and the UK.
Full‑rounded experience : By rotating through our different departments and projects you will gain exposure to various aspects of the water and waste treatment industry including water treatment processes and wastewater collection.
This comprehensive experience will equip you with a well‑rounded skill set and a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the industry.

On successful completion of the 2‑year programme, a number of permanent positions will be offered within Glanua.
