Our Finance Team We’re made up of small teams where you have the chance to expand your knowledge and be heavily involved in ongoing projects. Our Programme puts an emphasis on providing the opportunity to gain experience in different roles across Finance through rotations. Each graduate will rotate at least once over the course of the programme into areas of the business such as:
Management Accounting
Regulatory Reporting
Statistical Reporting
Capital and Liquidity Management
Cost Management
Project Accounting
Finance Business Partners
Finance Services

Entry Requirements Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.
Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 3.5-year contract (September 2026 – March 2030). Confirmation of these will be sought if successful for the role.
