Role: Retail Banking Graduate Programme 2026 Location: Dublin/Regional Start Date: September 2026 This role is being offered as a 23-month contract Our Retail Banking Team The Retail team has responsibility for the management and development of the Bank's consumer and SME banking strategy, proposition, and product portfolio (covering lending, deposits, savings, cards, insurances, daily banking, and payments), delivering a market leading strategy that will ensure sustainable profitability and growth for AIB and meet the needs of customers. Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23-month contract (September 2026 - August 2028).
