Role: Site Supervisor Location: Kildare Sector: Civil Role Overview Talent Curve are recruiting for a motivated and technically skilled Site Supervisor to join a leading Civil Engineering Contractor. The appointed person will be responsible for overseeing all civil projects in the Kildare region. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations in compliance with project specifications, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and plant resources to meet project targets and deadlines. Liaise with clients, local authorities, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Implement traffic management and safety measures to maintain a secure working environment. Support senior management with planning, reporting, and resource allocation. Promote sustainable construction practices where applicable. Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role Strong understanding of the civils sector, in particular an understanding of asphalt Familiar with Health and Safety regulations Full clean driving licence.
