Cpl Healthcare’s Training Department is seeking an experienced and motivated Trainer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a Train the Trainer qualification and a passion for delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions to healthcare professionals across Ireland.
Key Requirements
- Hold a recognised Train the Trainer (QQI Level 6 or equivalent) certification.
- Proven experience delivering professional training programmes (preferably in healthcare or related sectors).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage training schedules.
- Full, clean driving licence and access to your own car (nationwide travel required).
- Ability to provide professional references.
