This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage complex building automation systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.**What You’ll Do*** Take ownership of **end-to-end delivery** for major BMS projects in the data centre sector.* Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.* Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and risk plans for projects valued at €2M–€4M.* Oversee **financial performance**, including P&L, forecasting, and margin analysis.* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, safety standards, and client specifications.* Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive success.* Manage procurement, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple sites.* Provide clear, proactive reporting to internal leadership and clients.**What We’re Looking For*** **Proven experience** (5+ years) managing complex construction or building services projects.* Strong track record delivering **data centre projects** or other mission-critical environments.* Expertise in project controls, contracts, and safety legislation.* Financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasts.* Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.* Willingness to travel across Ireland, UK, and Nordics (30–40%).**Preferred Skills*** BMS platform experience (Metasys, Tridium Niagara, Trend, Siemens, Schneider).* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.* Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera.**What We Offer*** Competitive salary + bonus* Company vehicle* Comprehensive benefits: pension, medical, life assurance, employee discounts* Paid holidays and sick pay* Career progression with structured development paths* Extensive training and access to cutting-edge technology* Collaborative, safety-first culture with a focus on work-life balance**#AVRIL**Your buildings have a purpose.
