About the Role

Be part of Ireland’s landmark metro & rail project We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the pre-construction phase, driving proposal, bid, design coordination, procurement strategy, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Your work will ensure the project is fully prepared for safe, on-time, and high-quality construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead pre-construction and tender activities, including design reviews and constructability planning
- Develop procurement strategies and engage early with subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage pre-construction schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans through value engineering
- Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors, and statutory authorities
- Support governance, reporting, and HSEQ planning ahead of construction

Skills & Experience

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Proven experience in pre-construction or tender management on large infrastructure or rail projects
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Knowledge of Irish, UK or International infrastructure standards and statutory requirements is advantageous
- Professional accreditation (Chartered Engineer, PMP, or equivalent) desirable
