Digital Marketing Account Coordinator (German Speaking) Location: Dublin City (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (Mon-Fri) Salary: Competitive About the Role We're looking for a fluent German-speaking Digital Marketing Account Coordinator to join our growing international team in Dublin. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of 40-60 business accounts, supporting them in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to maximise their return on investment (ROI). This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused professional who's passionate about digital marketing, data-driven insights, and relationship management. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with 40-60 business clients in the German market. Partner with clients to understand their marketing goals and provide strategic guidance to optimise performance. Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for growth. Offer proactive recommendations to improve clients' ROI and digital ad effectiveness. Act as the main point of contact, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training on digital advertising solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client success and share market insights. Communicate product updates and new features to help clients stay ahead of digital trends. What We're Looking For Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing account management, client success, or media campaign management. Strong analytical and reporting skills with a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Comfortable managing multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Excel and familiar with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
