As our network continues to expand, we are now looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Account Executive to join our office-based Sales Team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build a career in sales, with the chance to develop existing customer relationships, generate new business, and provide outstanding customer service.

As a Telesales Account Executive, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers get the very best from Northgate. You’ll:

- Build and strengthen relationships with our SME customers.
- Manage your own portfolio of accounts, ensuring a first-class customer experience.
- Generate leads, make outbound calls, and handle inbound sales enquiries.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a complete service.

Salary -€28,000 per annum plus bonus (OTE of €35k per annum)

About you

- You’re an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and negotiate effectively.
- Passionate about delivering results, you thrive under pressure and bring energy to everything you do.
- Self-motivated and highly organised, you manage your workload efficiently in fast-paced, changing environments.
- You have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in account management and customer retention is a plus, though not essential.
