Our Supply Chain team helps Senior Executives and COO's of leading organisations to deliver Supply Chain excellence by driving improved efficiency, resiliency and sustainability of their Supply Chains. About the role: As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and your role will involve the following responsibilities: Assist our Supply Chain clients to develop and implement strategies and operational improvement projects within their own organisation, as well as within their extended supply chain with suppliers and channel partners. Managing client relationships with key executives and project sponsors, developing, and maintaining interactions with top decision makers, and organising project reviews with steering/executive committees. Working with the firm's Irish and global teams to develop and leverage Supply Chain offerings that resonate within the Irish market and beyond. Leading project teams and project delivery and overseeing the tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope, and resources, leveraging Microsoft (MS) Project and macro-driven Microsoft (MS) Excel models. Contribute to business development activities and internal initiatives, supporting the growth of our Supply Chain consulting practice. Develop innovative solutions, transformation methodologies, and assets, including thought leadership and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking, and publication in industry periodicals that addresses the latest in Supply Chain innovation. Work on the most challenging business questions our clients are facing today, teaming up with unique and complementary capabilities within our Commercial Strategy, Technology, Analytics, Human Capital, Financial Advisory, Tax & Regulatory Offerings. About you: University level degree with strong numerical, analytical, and excellent story boarding skills. Extensive experience in Supply Chain functions, preferably a balanced mix of consulting and industry experience. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, fostering inclusivity, and enhancing employee experiences. Ability to identify and convert leads into on-sell / cross-sell opportunities, write winning proposals and manage bid teams. Ability to quickly identify business challenges and to focus on delivering results and generating business value across different Supply Chain functions. Experience in project delivery environment, including but not limited to pace of delivery, organizational & people change management, stakeholder management. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and to think creativity to solve client issues. Knowledge of global Supply Chain challenges and how organisations are addressing these.
