Insurance Agent

Overview

We're looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join the team in Navan, working face-to-face with clients across Personal Lines and Commercial insurance. This is an on-site role, so strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships are key. You'll be part of a busy local office, helping to drive sales, support customers, and represent the brand with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver sales across Personal Lines and Commercial insurance products
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling
- Handle customer queries and escalate technical issues when needed
- Support the day-to-day running of the Navan Sales Office
- Assist with renewals, revisions, and claims notifications
- Provide occasional support to nearby offices
- Take ownership of outstanding premium collections and account follow-up

What we're Looking For

- Previous experience in insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working on-site and engaging directly with customers
- Proactive, energetic, and results-driven attitude
