What You’ll Do:
- Serve Clients with Integrity: Build meaningful relationships with clients, assess their needs, and provide personalized life insurance solutions.
- Utilize Provided Leads: Focus your time on closing sales—not cold calling—by working warm leads supplied to you.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication, product expertise, and client trust.
- Ongoing Training: Participate in comprehensive virtual training and mentorship programs to develop your knowledge and grow your skills.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Be a trusted advisor by supporting your clients before, during, and after the sale.
What You’ll Need:
- Insurance License: Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license (pre-licensing support and training provided).
- Experience: No experience required—entry-level applicants are welcome.
- Motivation & Drive: Success in this role depends on your self-discipline and commitment to growth.
- Ethics & Integrity: Represent yourself and the company with honesty, professionalism, and transparency.
