Dublin, Ireland Asana Full time

We’re seeking a seasoned and strategic Administrative Business Partner to help achieve our mission by providing high-impact, hands‑on operational leadership and programmatic support to our EMEA General Manager, and the broader EMEA region. This role is the central engine for rhythm‑of‑business (ROB) and high‑visibility event execution across the EMEA region.

This role reports to a senior leader within Asana, and partners closely with other ABP (Administrative Business Partner) team members across the globe, delivering best‑in‑class operational and logistical support.

This role is based in our Dublin office with an office‑centric hybrid schedule. The standard in‑office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in‑office requirements.

What You'll Achieve:

You will manage large, complex projects with significant impact on business outcomes and serve as the core operational bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.

- Lead the end‑to‑end planning, content development, and logistical execution of major, high‑visibility regional programs, such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Sales Kick‑Offs (SKOs), and other large‑scale events.

- Manage the operational cadence of the EMEA leadership team, including setting agendas, coordinating content, and ensuring the smooth running of regular monthly, bi‑monthly, and quarterly leadership meetings and All‑Hands sessions.

- Provide comprehensive operational support to senior leaders, managing complex, high‑volume international travel logistics, high‑stakes calendar scheduling, and detailed preparation for external customer and media engagements.

- Work closely with managers and central finance to coordinate regional budgets, draft and secure spending approvals, and manage all operational expenses, including Purchase Order (PO) creation and processing of team‑related spend.

- Maintain team organisational elements (org charts, email distribution lists) and provide essential support to the recruiting pipeline by coordinating agency communication and managing critical candidate follow‑up to finalize key hires.

About You:

- You’ve supported multiple senior leaders in Enterprise Software (VP, C‑Suite) for 6+ years, with a strong focus on project or program management.

- You have demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale, international events (e.g., QBRs, SKOs) with 100+ participants.

- You have practical experience managing budget tracking, expense processing, and PO creation in a corporate environment.

- You possess an expert understanding of the highly flexible nature of support work and are comfortable with the required in‑office schedule.

- You display exceptional discretion and nuance with highly confidential/sensitive information, especially related to recruiting and financial data.

- You set and accomplish goals in an ambitious, focused, and sustainable manner, even under tight deadlines.

- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision‑making.

At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.

What we’ll offer:

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $98,000 - $111,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
