This is a senior engineering role with real technical ownership. You’ll work across modern tech stacks, influence architecture decisions, mentor teams, and play a key part in building solutions that power large-scale financial platforms.

The Opportunity
You’ll be hands-on building and leading the delivery of distributed systems that are critical to the organisation’s success.
Day to day, you’ll:
Develop full-stack software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, REST API microservices, Kubernetes, AWS, and modern UI frameworks like Angular or React.
Drive architecture discussions and collaborate with stakeholders across business and engineering.
Lead and mentor scrum teams, ensuring standards, processes, and delivery quality are high.
Contribute to CI/CD practices (Jenkins, Git), Agile delivery, and engineering best practices.
Deliver clean, robust code with a strong focus on test coverage and system resilience.
What They’re Looking For
8+ years’ experience in software engineering
Hands-on with UI frameworks (Angular, React, Bootstrap, JS)
Solid background in CI/CD and Agile delivery
Proven ability to mentor, lead, and influence technical teams
Strong communicator with a delivery mindset
