Description:

This role is an opportunity for an experience benefits consultant to join a large financial institution based in Dublin. This candidate will work on service delivery of benefits and should have proven experience in designing, improving and implementing benefit policies.

Responsibilities:

- Take on the role of senior benefits consultant, working within a broader team that manage pensions and benefits for EMEA
- Report to the SVP Senior Benefits Consultant for Benefits and Wellbeing and take responsibility for the design, management and implementation benefits programs that support the HR and Benefits strategy
- Oversight of vendors delivering programs across life, accident, disability, as well as voluntary benefits which include insurance
- Manage the effective reviewal and re-negotiation of contracts and renewal terms
- Partner with third party vendor management and information security to ensure vendors meet the terms and conditions
- Work with team members to support the running of onsite and near-site medical services including GPs, Drs, Psychiatric services

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of insurance principles and previous experience working with benefits contracts.
- Solid experience in health insurance contracts and health services with focus on
measuring the ROI.
- Exceptional attention of detail along with experience of governance models for effective
benefits management.
- Experience of working in a large multi-national organisation within a matrix structure and multiple stakeholders while educating employees
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timely delivery
of stakeholders and partners.
- Solid experience of working with flexible benefits providers, understand scheme design
and configuration of flexible benefits plans and programs.
- Experienced in benchmarking benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and
developing plan changes to meet benchmark requirements
