Overview Barden are excited to be partnering exclusively with one of the world’s most prestigious companies to bring a newly created Compliance Manager role to Cork. This role will suit an ambitious finance professional who is looking to elevate their career within an innovative global business.
The role has come about as part of a global Finance Transformation program, representing a significant investment in the future of finance across the organisation. The Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in being the main interface between Finance and Project Teams as part of the transformation journey.
Reporting to a charismatic and personable senior leader, the goal of this role is to ensure that best-in-class practice frameworks are established and maintained throughout each phase of the transformation program. This is a highly strategic and hands-on opportunity for a finance professional with strong expertise in compliance, internal controls, and risk management.

Responsibilities Play a lead role on compliance, accounting, and internal control workstreams across a global transformation program
Evaluate and mitigate financial and operational risks throughout each phase of the project
Build and implement scalable frameworks and controls across Finance
Create structure within a dynamic and evolving transformation program
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, collaborating with cross functional teams
About the person / Qualifications Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE
Highly motivated individual with a demonstrated high degree of personal integrity
Strong understanding of risk and control
Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with a collaborative style to working
Seniority level Mid-Senior level
