Overview AKESO Healthsearch (formerly AGC Healthcare) is currently hiring a Recruitment Scheduler to join the existing team. This is a 6-month contract role with a possibility for extension. AKESO Healthsearch is a leading provider of healthcare recruitment services in Ireland connecting healthcare professionals with public and private clients for permanent placements, contracts and locum. Responsibilities include:

Schedule healthcare workers and manage weekend/out-of-hours rotas.

Manage calls and emails promptly and professionally.

Update the internal scheduling system.

Build relationships with clients and candidates by providing and maintaining an excellent level of service delivery to ensure retention and a positive experience.

Support ad hoc duties when required.

The ideal candidate should have:

Minimum 1 year experience as a scheduler/coordinator (ideally in healthcare recruitment but not essential).

A sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Ability to multi-task and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – confident on the phone when interacting with candidates and clients.

Strong administration skills and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritise workload.

Self-motivated, driven, and positive attitude.
