As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland’s most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our Trading (Buying) team as a Trading Manager Assistant.

Responsibilities

- Provide Admin support to the Trading Manager, including product listing, price maintenance and promotions setup
- Liaising with Suppliers, Retailers and with the wider Trading team around projects and frequent deadlines
- Supporting the TM on cross functional initiatives
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date reports using Excel
- Works on own initiative with autonomy and as part of a wider team

Qualifications

- Strong customer service orientation with excellent administrative, interpersonal and communication skills
- Competency in PC packages
- Experience in in-house databases is desirable
- Previous experience in Trading/Purchasing, Sales or Supply Chain is essential to the role
- Strong numerical skills
- Planning and organising skills and ability to meet deadlines
