We are currently seeking a Clinical Supplies Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team to contribute to the administrative running of the clinical supplies teams. Job Description Triaging RFPs/RFIs in a timely manner Temperature excursion management to include reviewing data from temperature loggers, providing adjudication with oversight from the Clinical Supplies Project Manager Administrative tasks associated with editing/updating Standard Operating Procedures Trial Master File (TMF) related tasks including QC checks for CSM and filing. Collates/prepares reports for the Clinical Supplies Project Managers including invoice trackers. May assist the Clinical Supplies Project Manager in designing the clinical supply plan and distribution strategy Generates IRT reports to help support inventory management. Follow-up on pending shipment confirmation and data logger uploads. Create and populate study specific forms, as required. Raise resupply orders when under supervision of Clinical Supplies Project Manager. Qualifications/Experience Either relevant work experience or High School Diploma (or equivalent). Research or health care related academic or work experience preferable. Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meticulous attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good written and spoken English. Computer literacy: e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
