Access Talent Group is currently working with one of Ireland’s biggest Civil & Structural multi-national consultancies who are looking to bring on a Senior Structural Engineer to their Limerick office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the country’s biggest consultancies where you will have a fantastic pipeline of projects – ranging from large-scale commercial and residential builds to educational and healthcare. No two days will be the same Our client is also heavily focused on CPD, providing lots of paths for development and career growth
This position is a permanent role, ensuring job security. You will hit the ground running and get started right away on a variety of projects. This role is available for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will be a great people-person, a multi-tasker, and have the relevant technical experience.
To be considered for this role:
1. You must be a Structural or Senior Structural Engineer with 7+ years of experience, graduated with a relevant Civil or Structural Degree, with those 7+ years being on Irish projects post-graduation.
2. Chartered or working towards chartership.
3. Experience leading commercial, residential, and retail projects.
4. Experience in relevant software is desirable (Revit and AutoCAD).
In addition to a competitive salary, the successful applicant will receive a company pension contribution of 5%, 24 days annual leave, an annual company bonus based on personal performance (usually based on profits and works out at 3-5% of your salary), and bi-annual performance reviews
