Line Lead - Day Shift page is loaded## Line Lead - Day Shiftlocations: Annacottytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: September 29, 2025 (10 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR-0000005988**Key Responsibilities:*** Coordinate the activities of warehouse operatives to meet business productivity goals.* Train and mentor new warehouse operatives and develop professional relationships.* Ensure pick & pack of all products are carried out as per operating procedures.* Communicate effectively with other departments and management on issues that occur.* Monitor and report on line performance, identifying areas for improvement on efficiency and productivity across the site.* Ensure trucks are unloaded/loaded in a timely manner while adhering to Company Health & Safety policies.* Ensure all deliveries from Citywest and other depots are sorted into the correct routes in a timely manner.* Resolve issues with Driver EPOD units.* Prepare required reports and deal with missing or damaged customer orders.* Ensure that the housekeeping is always of the highest standard throughout the facility.* Ensure the security of the site.* Perform any other duties as required.**Key Skills & Experience:*** Supervisory / Team Leader experience is desirable.* Excellent attention to detail.* Excellent Analytical Skills (numerical and written) with strong planning and organizing skills.* Interpersonal skills and the ability to work at all levels in a large organization.* Proven ability to operate as part of a multi-functional team.* Knowledge of MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems is an advantage.* Ability to work effectively under time and delivery pressures.**“Candidates must be fully eligible to work permanently in Ireland”****Uniphar – Who we are**With a workforce of more than 3000 employees spread across Ireland, United Kingdom, Mainland Europe, MENA, and the USA, Uniphar is a trusted global partner to pharma and MedTech manufacturers, working to improve patient access to medicines around the world.
