We're driven to create positive progress for our clients, community, people, and the planet. This sense of purpose inspires us to work to the highest standards, to tackle the challenges that matter. Joining us means becoming part of a Consulting team that's at the top of its game and growing. Working with the best people and technology in the market, you'll tackle meaningful projects that transform the future for high-profile local and international clients. Leadership & Development: Oversee the production of client-ready deliverables, owning the client relationship as needed, and ensuring quality standards are met. Provide leadership across day-to-day project activities. Team Management: Mentor and support junior team members on workstreams or small engagements, offering guidance on delivering impactful client solutions and cultivating a high-performance team environment. Relationship Management: Engage senior-level clients confidently and professionally, managing day-to-day client interactions and expectations. Be a proactive voice in identifying risks and fostering trusted client relationships. Business Development: Leverage your understanding of TMT client needs to support the development of proposals and business development activities, using knowledge of best practices and emerging TMT solutions. About You: Previous consulting experience, gained in a consulting or in-house environment, delivering programme management or operational transformation in the TMT sector, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Project, Programme, and Change Management: Managing complex, large-scale TMT initiatives with a focus on achieving operational and transformational goals Digital Transformations: Leading digital strategy, planning, and/or implementation projects within the TMT industry Operational Excellence: Leveraging Lean Six Sigma, RPA, AI, or similar tools to drive efficiency Operating Model Design & Delivery: Assessing current-state (As-Is) processes, designing target-state (To-Be) solutions, and implementing new operating models Data Analytics and Insight: Using data to generate actionable insights for operational improvements and reporting Adaptable and Quick Learner: Demonstrates comfort with ambiguity, can quickly adapt to new technologies and trends, and applies creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills: Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, impactful messages, and present key insights effectively to stakeholders. Industry Understanding: Knowledge of the structure, trends, and challenges in the TMT sector, ideally with experience in any of the following areas: technology infrastructure, internet regulation, RPA, GenAI, digital or cloud operations.
