Overview Our Service:
First Steps is a small full day care service. We are dedicated to providing a high-quality educational experience for children in our care.
Position:
We are seeking a caring and passionate leader to join our team.
Responsibilities As the Room Lead Educator you will also have the responsibility of a named person on site.
Ability to implement quality early childhood curriculum & creative skills to develop age-appropriate activities underpinned by Aistear and Siolta.
Ensure the safety, security and well-being of all children.
Have a good knowledge and understanding, and the ability to follow TUSLA regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Level 6 QQI Early Childhood Care and Education qualification (Level 7/8 desirable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A nurturing and caring approach to supporting the children.
We Offer Competitive salary (€15- €19 hourly rate)
Statutory sick pay.
Extra Holidays earned – yearly bounce.
