Due to growth within Fenergo, we have an opportunity for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. Working closely with our Talent Team and the People Team, this role will have responsibility for meeting the recruitment needs of our industry-leading teams (Client Services/Customer Success/Product and Engineering/Operations) at a global level across Fenergo. This role will involve 360 recruitment processes including (but not limited to) drafting job specs, posting reqs, sourcing, pipelining, screening, interviewing, advising hiring managers, offers, driving efficiencies, advising on best practices, reporting and a range of exciting talent projects to bring in the best people
Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed term contract.
What does this role entail?
- Develop knowledge of our product, internal teams and industry to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost-effective, efficient manner that attracts the best talent
- Develop innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each area
- Work with hiring teams to advise and educate about the market, recruitment processes and best practices
- Ensuring team SLAs are met and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Sourcing internal and external talent to meet gaps for business-critical roles
- Proactively manage a high number of open positions
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on all aspects of recruitment
- Proactively pipelining and building talent network
- 360 recruitment - source, screen, interview and select and secure top candidates
- Supporting employer branding efforts, developing content and suggesting initiatives
- Supporting People Partners managing budgets/benchmarking for roles
- Staying current on all areas of talent
- Additional recruitment and people projects as required (employer branding/process improvement etc.)
Desired Experience
- Experience working at a scaling enterprise SaaS firm
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience recruiting across Client Services, Customer Success, Engineering and Ops Roles. (Experience recruiting across a wide variety of roles would be preferred).
- Proven results in sourcing and closing top talent
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills
- Ability to critically evaluate and develop systems and procedures in the recruitment process.
- Experience in providing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
- Experience to analyse, assess, interpret and address company needs.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite and Workable ATS – however, not critical
