Overview

We're Hiring: Assistant Director of Nursing | Finglas

Are you an experienced nurse with a kind heart and a steady hand, ready to support and inspire a dedicated care team?

We are now recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a respected and well-run nursing home in Finglas. This is a brilliant opportunity for a clinical leader who brings not only experience, but genuine empathy, integrity, and kindness to their role.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support a dedicated care team; provide calm, supportive leadership that leads by example and fosters a positive environment.
- Uphold HIQA standards and clinical governance in daily practice.
- Make a meaningful difference every day and help shape the future of care in a home where residents are at the heart of everything.

Qualifications

- Current NMBI registration
- Leadership experience at CNM or ADON level
- Warm, person-centred approach to both residents and staff
- Strong understanding of HIQA standards and clinical governance
- A calm, supportive leader who leads by example

Location: Limerick

Full-time, permanent role
