Overview
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Blackrock Health Hermitage Clinic.
This is a leadership role for a dynamic nursing professional responsible for supporting nursing teams, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care, and contributing to the strategic development of nursing services in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
Oversee and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Contribute to the strategic planning and development of nursing services.
Lead and mentor nursing teams, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse with a current NMBI registration.
Minimum of 3 years' experience at a senior nursing level.
Proven leadership skills, with a commitment to staff development.
Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
