We are seeking a talented and driven General Manager to lead operations across a vibrant, multi-outlet site. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of delivering a world-class hospitality experience across modern coffee shops, a busy hospitality team, guest services team, community management and a premium client entertainment floor. You will ensure every guest receives exceptional service — from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

This is a senior leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to inspire a large team to consistently deliver service excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of 20+ hospitality professionals to deliver a hotel-style service experience with consistent quality within a contract catering environment. Inclusive of Reception and guest services.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, multiple coffee shops, and hospitality outlets across several floors.
- Manage the client entertainment floor, ensuring seamless delivery of VIP services and high-profile events.
- Take full responsibility for administration, recruitment, training, and staff development onsite
- Build strong, trusted relationships with a high-expectations client, ensuring all services consistently exceed standards.
- Deliver on the agreed financial budget and run commercially in line with net income and cost targets
- You will ensure that your location achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with your site budget.
- Monitor and manage performance to achieve financial, quality, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Support and implement client specific standards to achieve a base level of symmetry, in line with other global locations

About You:

- Proven track record in a senior hospitality leadership role, ideally within hotels, corporate hospitality, or multi-site food & beverage operations.
- Experienced in managing large teams (20+), with strong people leadership and coaching skills.
- A natural host with exceptional communication and client-facing skills, able to deliver memorable guest experiences with style and confidence.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, performance, and resources.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about hospitality with a flair for service and an eye for detail.
