Job description:

Flexsource is currently recruiting for a new role with our client, a global leader in supply chain, logistics, and distribution based in Donabate.

Our client requires a Transport Cover Clerk / Controller to join their team to oversee day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign driver vehicle and paperwork
- Check driver tacho and working hours
- Check return documentation
- Follow up on delivery issues
- Check out vehicle keys and assign bays
- Perform ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements:

- High attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ideally previous transport office experience
- Good communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, etc.)

Pay:

- Day clerk duties - €17.05 p/h
- Night clerk duties - €18.75 p/h
- Day controller duties - €17.66 p/h
- Night controller duties - €19.42 p/h

Shift times:

- 4 on 4 off roster
- Day shift: 07:00 - 19:00
- Night shift: 19:00 - 07:00
