Job description;

Flexsource is presently hiring for an exciting new position for our client, a global leader in supply chain, logistics, and distribution based in Ballymun, Co.Dublin.

My Client is seeking 1 month holiday cover for a Transport Clerk for Night Shift to join them and manage their everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities;

- Assign Driver Vehicle and maintain transportation-related documents
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth timely loading and unloading
- Check and Track Drivers Tacho and working hours
- Handle and resolve any transportation-related issues, such as delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in documentation
- Check out vehicles keys and assign Bays
- Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities and prepare reports as required by management
- Ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements;

- High Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ideally previous Transport Office Experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay;

- Day clerk duties - €17.05 p/h
- Night clerk duties - €18.75 p/h

Shift Times;

- Day Shift 07:00 - 19:00 and Night Sift 19:00 - 07:00
