As our Dutch Content Specialist, you'll play a key role in crafting engaging content that not only captivates our Dutch audience but also drives results across the entire digital landscape. You’ll join a dynamic Trading Team, collaborating closely with SEO, CRM, Paid Channels, and UX teams, giving you a full view of how an eCommerce powerhouse runs. If you have an eye for detail, a knack for organization, and a passion for storytelling, this is the place to unleash your creativity
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management:
1. Create, deliver, and manage high-quality digital content on our eCommerce sites and other platforms.
2. Partner with our Online team to provide merchandising and linguistic support.
3. Edit and fine-tune content to perfection, ensuring flawless grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand style.
4. Help execute campaigns, promotions, and strategies, keeping all content fresh and engaging.
5. Efficiently prioritise, schedule, and manage online content and merchandising workload to meet business deadlines.
6. Plan, provide, and manage all copy for CRM newsletters and automated campaigns.
7. Collaborate with other team members to promote synergies between markets or refine tools, workflows, and processes used by the team.
8. Ensure all content follows best SEO practices and adheres to the company’s brand guidelines.
Analysis and Optimisation:
1. Monitor the performance of content across all digital media platforms.
2. Conduct analysis to identify and drive increased revenue growth through merchandising, landing pages, imagery, and content.
3. Assist with the optimisation of site navigation through the analysis of customer journeys.
4. Track metrics like revenue, conversion, and bounce rates to see the impact of your work in real-time.
Localisation:
1. Localise every piece of content to resonate with Dutch customers, using culturally relevant language and references.
2. Perform QA and liaise with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to investigate, fix, or overcome issues and challenges.
3. Conduct competitor research and develop customer-converting ideas to test.
Essential Competencies/Skills:
1. Minimum of 2 years coordinating and executing merchandising/eCommerce initiatives in an eCommerce environment.
2. Experience with website content management systems like Magento.
3. High attention to detail, with an eye for localised content and translation.
4. Strong creativity.
5. Excellent organisation, time management, and the ability to turn insights into actions that enhance customer experience.
6. Exceptional copywriting skills in Dutch and solid competency in English.
