Car Sales Executive - Hertz Car Sales Dun Laoghaire If you thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same, we have the opportunity for you Here in Hertz Car sales we have opportunities in our Dun Laoghaire location for an experienced Car sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will sell used cars on behalf of a company that represents numerous leading manufacturers. You will speak to customers daily about their vehicle needs by showing them cars that match the needs of their daily lives, organizing test drives and closing off the sale. The successful candidate will work as a part of a sales team guided by a sales manager where you will be expected to effectively manage existing customers and spend time building new sales leads. There is an opportunity to progress into a sales Manager position for the right candidate. No two days are the same The Ideal Candidate: Sales experience or motor industry experience is an advantage You will be required to learn product knowledge and to be able sell used cars while also upselling. You will need to be target driven as this is a commission-based position with also a base salary. Willingness to learn and follow our strategic sales approach. Go getter attitude People orientated with customer 1stfocus. Public speaking skills Negotiation skills Full Clean Driving License - essential The Benefits: Competitive salary 60 - 70k OTE Attractive Basic Salary Company Car Un- capped commission Achievable bonus schemes & ongoing incentives Excellent work life balance working hours.
