HVAC Mechanical Technician - Cooler Tower

Job Summary:

- Manage and maintain HVAC – Cooling Towers and Mechanical systems on site.
- Must have excellent communication skills.

Skills Required:

- Qualifications: Mechanical trade or Level 6 trade certificate in Mechanical/Electrical field.
- At least 4-6+ years of HVAC experience in maintenance, engineering, utilities, or facilities environment.
- Cooling Tower experience within similar environments.
- Knowledge of maintenance management tools and techniques.
- Experience working in a multi-skilled team environment.

Duties:

- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on site cooling towers.
- Carry out HVAC installation projects, refurbish existing HVAC plant, and perform general HVAC maintenance on air handling/conditioning systems.
- Conduct emergency HVAC repairs individually and as part of a team.
- Liaise with engineering functions and client organization to complete maintenance works, review energy efficiency plans, and maintain records of materials, orders, and purchases.
- Test, balance, and perform instrument and controls activities on AHU and ventilation plants.
- Ensure all works meet site KPIs and quality standards set in the client contract.
- Ensure HVAC systems are fully operational and proactively address potential issues.
- Maintain appropriate levels of spare parts on site.
