Dublin, Ireland Neon Agency Ltd. Full time

We are one of the world's leading independently owned BrandExperience Agencies. Based in Dublin, with a satellite workspace in London, we work with global brands to deliver experiential brand campaigns, conferences, trade exhibitions, retail installations, employee award shows, and sponsorship activations.

The Role

This is a full-time position as ‘Account Director with Neon Agency, reporting directly to the Deputy MD, with an indirect reporting line to the Managing Director.

The main focus of the role is growth within the business of key accounts across live & digital activations, large-scale live events, corporate events, social media management, PR, and creative; followed by excellent delivery of hybrid events, 360 experiential campaigns, and full turnkey project management duties.

You will be responsible for managing your own team, all associated projects, and growing client relationships. You will have your own annual targets in line with the overall business targets. You will also support the management team in the development of the Neon Agency brand through various social media, PR, brand, and marketing activities. As the agency team grows, you will have the opportunity to build your own team with Account Managers, Event Producers, and Executives reporting directly to you. This specific role currently has one AM and one AE as direct reports, but this will likely increase as the agency grows over the coming year(s).

Working hours are flexi-time, and we are happy to move forward with remote working, based on a skeleton structure of 9 am-5.30 pm, 5 days a week. There will be hours over and above the skeleton structure, but these are considered part of the deal, and no “overtime” is payable. These include proposed networking events, working to prepare proposals/tenders/meeting clients, and client management where required.

However, we do operate a fair “time off” system for unsociable hours worked.

A strong team attitude is expected, and you will manage executives to support you in your role. All business activities and information are to remain strictly confidential, as per Neon Agency NDA.

All proposals, ideas, and content created remain the property of Neon Agency at all times. You will have monthly and quarterly financial targets that will be reviewed as we progress. You will also have half-year and annual reviews to discuss goals, areas for improvement, and targets.

You will meet at least once a week/month to discuss progress and developments.

All agreements regarding the ongoing financial arrangement between you and Neon Agency are to be put in writing, emailed, and responded to.

- Working with the Deputy MD/MD to grow the key accounts within your remit.

- Management of various client social media accounts and activations, working with the wider team.
- Supporting the MD & Deputy MD on ongoing management of the Neon brand across social media, online blogs, emails, etc.
- Occasionally supporting or directing other AMs with the management of events & campaign activities.
