Due to continued growth, my client wishes to recruit an Electrical Planner in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed construction schedules for baseline agreement with the client and post-baseline impacted schedules as required.

2. Ensure accuracy and timely updating of construction schedules.

3. Complete schedule health checks prior to baselining for accuracy, integrity, and critical path validation.

4. Resource loading schedules, producing and tracking applicable KPIs.

5. Track planned versus actual EV progress.

6. Work with team members to ensure systems are in place to capture and log issues via appropriate change control mechanisms.

7. Attend site meetings as required (internal and client-based).

8. Productivity tracking of trades/craft labour spent vs. earned hours.

Specific Requirements:

1. Electrical trade or tertiary-level electrical engineering qualification.

2. At least 5 years' experience in planner/scheduler roles.

3. Excellent communication skills, with detailed and accurate report writing.

4. Proven experience using project planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
