Electrical Planner Role

We are seeking an experienced electrical professional to fill this key position in Dublin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing construction schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updates, and conducting thorough schedule health checks prior to baseline validation.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the individual will also be tasked with resource loading, producing and tracking relevant KPIs, and attending site meetings as required.

  1. Develop detailed construction schedules for baseline agreement with stakeholders and post-baseline impacted schedules as needed.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely updating of construction schedules.
  3. Conduct thorough schedule health checks prior to baselining for accuracy, integrity, and critical path validation.
  4. Load resources onto schedules, produce and track applicable KPIs.
  5. Track planned versus actual EV progress.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure systems are in place to capture and log issues via appropriate change control mechanisms.
  7. Attend site meetings as necessary.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Electrical trade or tertiary-level electrical engineering qualification.
  2. At least 5 years' experience in planner/scheduler roles.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with strong report writing capabilities.
  4. Proven experience using project planning software.
