This pivotal role requires a dynamic and innovative HR professional who can challenge the status quo, drive solutions, and align people strategies with business objectives. As a member of the Country Management Team, you will champion progressive HR practices, support the development of high-performing teams, and position the organization as an employer of choice. This is an operational, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, offering opportunities to lead and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
1. Develop and execute HR strategies that align with and support business objectives.
2. Contribute actively to the Country Management Team, influencing the business agenda with a focus on people and culture.
Talent Management:
1. Attract, recruit, and retain top talent to build and sustain high-performing teams.
2. Drive workforce planning and succession strategies to future-proof the organization.
Policy & Compliance:
1. Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements across the UK and Ireland.
2. Provide guidance on employee relations and effectively manage complex people issues.
Training & Development:
1. Lead the development and implementation of training programs to upskill employees and support leadership growth.
2. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Employer Branding:
1. Position the organization as a “Great Place to Work” through innovative HR initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
2. Enhance the company's internal and external reputation as an employer of choice.
Operational Excellence:
1. Manage and report on HR KPIs, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience:
1. Proven experience in HR management or a Senior HR Business Partner role, ideally in a fast-paced, operational environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multi-site teams.
Skills:
1. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
2. A strategic thinker with a solution-focused mindset who thrives on overcoming challenges.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, combined with a collaborative approach.
Personal Attributes:
1. Confident in challenging the status quo to drive meaningful change.
2. Passionate about developing people and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
3. Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland, with occasional trips to Europe.
