This job opportunity is for a process automation IT specialist with a strong interest in the IT and security related aspects of the Process Automation discipline.

Responsibilities

- Work in an international team with members from all geographical regions
- Exhibit strong understanding about the requirements related to EH&S in chemical plants
- Provide system service to the globally spread process automation installations of Trinseo:

- System diagnostics and response to detected problems

- System patching

- Security diagnostics

- Management of system security (users, permissions)
- Operate tools for system health and security diagnostic tools

- Maintain OT asset register

- Development and analysis of anomalies detection reporting (KPI)

- Contribute on development of PA-IT global solutions
- Contribute to PA projects in all global regions including local presence during cutover or startup times
- Support Aspentech InfoPlus (IP21) historian system & related tools (system health, users support, in-house customized codes)
- Lead security incident calls for OT systems

Qualifications

- University degree of Process Automation, Process Engineering (with Automation focus), Electrical Engineer or Information Technology or similar education. A long-term and successful work in the job can be considered as equivalent to a formal university degree
- 5 years of practical experience in Process Automation or similar professional areas
- Knowledge in IT network technology
- Experience in special programming like .NET, database programming
- Required: Fluent knowledge in English (both verbal and in writing), other language knowledge is an advantage
- Preferred: knowledge in administration of Windows domains, Windows Active Directory and similar technologies
