What You’ll Do
- Design, script, and ship 2–3 replayable first-party games in your first 3 months, each with strong early retention
- Build gameplay that players already love inspired by popular Roblox and Minecraft hits like tycoons, bedwars, paintball, and more
- Focus on the fun: progression systems, combat loops, moment-to-moment feel, and satisfying mechanics
- Collaborate with our creative team to iterate fast, respond to feedback, and help define needs for animations, VFX, cosmetics, and more
- Work closely with our world-builder and get direct feedback from our Studio Lead daireb (top 50 Roblox dev, 1.7 billion+ plays) as you level up your craft
- Create reusable systems (like upgrades, timers, damage, currency) that future creators can build on
- Jam fast: prototype ideas, playtest with the team, polish what sticks
- Help shape what games on Jamango feel like: you’ll be setting the bar for creators who follow
You are
- A gameplay scripter who loves making stuff that feels great to play
- Fluent in platforms like Roblox Studio, Minecraft Modding, Rec Room or anything where people build for UGC
- Someone who understands current content trends and what players actually want
- Focused on moving fast, playtesting constantly, and tweaking until it’s fun
- Not precious about polish you can jam ideas out quickly and work toward greatness over time
- Comfortable working with others: builders, artists, animators and turning raw assets into real gameplay
- Someone who knows what makes games like Bedwars or Tycoons work
- Deeply passionate about making game creation more accessible, fun, and social.
- Bonus: You’ve shipped a game, system, or prototype that others actually played
