FSQA Dublin Depot Lead We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a FSQA Dublin Depot Lead, a role which will be responsible for monitoring and verification of the food safety and quality policies within the distribution centre. They will also be a key member of the Product Quality team tasked with managing food safety and quality of Sysco products. The position requires a candidate who has experience working in a Food distribution and / or manufacturing environment. Apply today and discover what your career could look like with Sysco Ireland. Key Accountabilities: Manage & Monitor the quality and safety of food products for site. Implementation of FSQM for site. Member of and key lead for Food Safety team onsite. Management of Packer Brand Supplier and product approvals. Ensure records are maintained in accordance with corporate and auditing standards. Carry out product and process inspections and assessments including internal audits. Ensure that all product related customer complaints are investigated, reported and completed in a timely manner Report to site management on food safety, quality and compliance issues. Point of contact for operations regarding Food Safety and Quality queries. Food Safety and Quality Training when required. Corrective and preventative actions. Documentation control. Assist in product review process for Sysco Branded products to assess their suitability relative to Sysco requirements for product food safety and quality. Create and / or review product specifications for Sysco Brand products, providing timely response and direction to internal and external stakeholders. Assist technical team in their day-to-day duties. Assist QC team with day to day duties. Requirements: Qualification in a recognised food /science/quality discipline desirable. Previous experience within the food industry at Quality Assurance level Experience in food safety and quality procedures and policies. Experience with product specification portals desirable. Good communication and influencing skills. Be a highly motivated individual with can do attitude. Be a team player with ability to work on own initiative Demonstrates integrity and accountability. Flexibility in handling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment Customer focussed with excellent knowledge of customer requirements. Strong organisational skills.
