Reperio has partnered with a large financial services company that is seeking an experienced Test Lead to work across all phases of the SDLC and lead a team of testers to success.

This role is offered as a 12-month contract with hybrid working (mostly remote) and provides a negotiable daily rate starting at €500 per day, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiencyCreate and execute a detailed testing strategy for the organisationLiaise with other managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall projectDeliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders , discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identifiedMentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process

Requirements:

At least 5 years' experience within a management/ Lead roleMinimum 7 years experience within software testingIn depth knowledge of software testing principles/ tools and experience of working within various methodologies.Excellent communication and leadership skillsISTQB Certified is a bonus
