We are currently looking to hire a Bar Supervisor to join our existing team. JOB PURPOSE Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional service to our guests.. You will also be expected to develop new drink recipes, and work closely with the Food and Beverage Management team to achieve business goals. Main Duties Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service Create and develop new cocktail recipes. Train and mentor bar staff Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Manage bar promotions and special events Provide exceptional service Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar Ensure accurate cash handling and financial reporting. Implement and enforce bar policies and procedures To provide support in other areas of the hotel if necessary To participate in all Health and Safety training scheduled for you and your team. To complete all HACCP documentation as required.
