Investor Relations and Business Development Consultant - Public Markets A fast-growing independent asset manager is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Professional to lead client engagement and growth initiatives across key European markets. This Dublin-based role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of a firm specialising in Asset Management and bespoke investment solutions.
Responsibilities Act as the primary relationship manager for institutional investors, wealth managers, and distribution partners.
Lead the execution of the firm's European distribution strategy, with an initial focus on Italy, Germany, and Austria.
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Organise and manage roadshows, prospect meetings, and educational sessions.
Collaborate with investment teams to deliver tailored pitches and market insights.
Drive digital engagement and oversee the development of client-facing materials.
Maintain CRM systems and provide client feedback to guide product innovation.
Candidate profile Fluency in Italian or German is strongly preferred, along with an established network of investors in these regions.
4-10 years of experience in investment management, asset management, or financial services.
Strong understanding of capital markets and European distribution channels.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business development.
