Manage New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring a seamless transition from prototype to full-scale production. Take a structured, data-driven approach to troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing challenges. Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging process technologies to enhance competitiveness and operational efficiency. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within your team through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives. Contribute to the success of a global leader in the medical device industry, with opportunities to influence innovation and growth. Qualifications Bachelors degree (Level 8 or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. Minimum of 5 years practical engineering experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in laser processing, including laser welding and cutting, with a track record of advancing manufacturing capabilities. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams. Strong background in continuous improvement, focused on enhancing efficiency and optimizing processes. Skilled in data analysis and structured problem-solving to address technical and operational challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork. Additional qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management are highly advantageous.
